This enchanting granite island is a private nature reserve with several endemic species. Stroll along the one kilometre sugar white beach that is also a haven for breeding hawksbill turtles that may come ashore to lay their eggs between September and January. Here you can also spot the Seychelles Magpie Robin, one of the rarest birds in Seychelles. The rich birdlife makes this island an ornithologist’s delight

To ensure your privacy and comfort a maximum of 10 guests are accommodated on the island at any one time. Four individual luxury villas set along the beach command breathtaking views of the ocean and other islands nearby

A French colonial style pavilion overlooking the swimming pool provides an air-conditioned bar and restaurant for you to enjoy fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Cousine Island’s nature conservation officer is happy to take you on a guided tour of the island. Excursions for deep sea fishing, boat trips and visits to neighbouring islands can be arranged; while Cousine also offers good swimming and excellent snorkeling
